Job Summary: The Sales Support Administrator will report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with the existing sales team.

 

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:  As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be trained to in the following areas:

Client Management: Liaising with the client via Docu-Sign to ensure all vehicle orders are signed accurately and in a timely fashion.

Procurement: Using our fleet management software system to order vehicles from the supplying dealer.

Logistics: Managing vehicle transportation around the country.

Communication: Seeking and providing weekly updates from dealers on all pending orders.

Sales Support: Assisting the sales team with rental bookings & Interim hire agreements.

Coordination: Coordinating the preparation of new vehicle handovers through the valet and sales team.

Documentation Management: Ensuring all documentation is obtained from the supplying dealer in a timely manner e.g., invoice, VRT receipt & RF100.

Taxation: Liaising with the relevant team members to ensure the taxation of new vehicles is completed before they go on the road.

Administrative Support: Assisting the sales team with the preparation of any required hire agreements.

Supply Chain Management: Ordering and distributing fuel cards from our suppliers.

Charging Infrastructure Support: Assisting the sales team with the ordering of and logistics of fitting home chargers for our clients.

Facility Management: Managing the indoor vehicle storage & preparation facility to ensure we have enough space for new & used stock.

 

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

Communication: Demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Computer Proficiency: Exhibiting a high standard of computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel.

Analytical Skills: Demonstrating strong numeracy, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Time Management: Proactively managing one’s own time efficiently.

Problem-Solving: Maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset.

Licence: Holding a clean and valid driving license.

Industry Experience: Having at least 2 years of previous experience in the leasing industry.

Industry Knowledge: Possessing up-to-date knowledge of current trends
