Avis Rent a Car is delighted to announce the introduction of the Merlin handheld check-in device at its Dublin Airport Branch

The new device will enable Avis staff to check in returning rental vehicles in the car park, finalise fuel costs and produce a personalised receipt in english and in the local language of the renter.  Avis will roll out the Merlin device to Shannon and Cork Airport and to Dublin Downtown over the coming winter.

The investment emphasises the commitment of Avis to delivering an effecient and customer friendly service to the travelling public.
