Main Purpose of the job:  To promote and sell our van rental range to customers , creating the optimal rental experience, and actively develop new business opportunities to expand our business.

 

 Main Objectives and responsibilities:

  • Make expert recommendations to customers and advise and sell optional extras  according to customer’s needs.
  • Handle all customer enquiries in an prompt, efficient and helpful manner.
  • Deal with customer enquiries concerning rental cost and availability, making reservations and explaining our terms and conditions.
  • To be the key contact at the commencement of the rental including completing paperwork with customers and taking payment, showing customers to their vehicles and completing the handover process.  
  • At the end of the rental, you will carry out formal check-in process, including the completion of all paperwork, and finalisation of charges.  
  • Manage all of the administration and enquiries involved with rental vehicles to both businesses and the public.  
  • Responsible for maintaining all vehicles to the required quality standards
  • Be involved in the cleaning of interior and exterior of the vehicles on return.

 

Key requirements:

  • You will enjoy meeting people, and have excellent and communication skills and a proven track record in a client facing role.
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written is a pre-requisite for this role.
  • You will be target driven, and can deliver and enjoy makes sales targets.
  • You are very customer -focussed, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Good IT Skills, and have excellent attention to detail, accuracy and numeracy skills.  
  • You will be professional and maintain a high standard of personal presentation.
