I worked as a crash repair estimator for 9 years and wanted a change, I applied for the job.
If you could go back and give yourself some career advice when you were 15 years old, what would it be?
Look into a few different career choices, try, and get some experience in your choices if possible, or speak to someone in that profession. Work hard.
What are the best & most challenging aspects of your role? Best: Rewarding customer satisfaction.
Everyday brings different challenges, very busy environment, a lot of “thinking on your feet”.
Do you have any tips for young people thinking of getting into the Industry?
Organisation is key to success!
