• Warm Welcomes: Be the beacon of hospitality, greeting every customer and guest with genuine warmth and friendliness as they step into our showroom.
• Effortless Communication: Skillfully manage our switchboard, ensuring every call reaches its rightful destination promptly and smoothly.
• Elevated Hospitality: Delight our guests by serving refreshing beverages like tea, coffee, and water in a timely and impeccable manner.
• Customer Engagement: Build authentic connections with our customers, ensuring they receive attentive service without any unnecessary delays.
• Operational Excellence: Take charge of maintaining the reception area's seamless operation, ensuring a hassle-free and efficient experience for everyone.
• Administrative Excellence: Handle petty cash and fuel expenses along with verifying and processing invoices and payroll timesheets. Coordinate post distribution, manage courier items, and arrange taxis as required.
