Job Summary:  Johnson and Perrott Fleet is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as a Corporate Account Manager. In this role you will directly report to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with our Sales Administration team.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:  As a Corporate Account Manager, your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Client Communications: Initiate regular communication with existing customers to nurture current business and uncover new opportunities.

Sales Inquiries: Deliver efficient and professional responses to new sales inquiries.

Quotation preparation: Prepare accurate quotations and ensure timely submission, followed by comprehensive follow-up and reporting.

New Vehicle Orders: Handle new vehicle orders, ensuring precise documentation completion and filing.

Order Updates: Keep customers informed about delivery dates and arrange seamless collection and delivery of vehicles.

Lease Extensions: Facilitate lease extensions as needed, both formally and informally.

Contract Compliance: Monitor vehicle mileages to ensure compliance with contracts, advising customers about any significant variances.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

Exceptional Communication: Your ability to communicate effectively is crucial.

Excel Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.

Numerical Proficiency: Strong numerical skills, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail.

Time Management: Efficiently manage your own time proactively.

Closing and Follow-Up: Display strong qualification, closing, and follow-up skills.

Solutions-Oriented: Possess a solutions-oriented mindset to drive success.

Driving License: Must have a clean and valid driving license.

Leasing Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in the leasing industry.

Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and taxation rules.
