Job Summary:  Johnson and Perrott Motor Group is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Dealership Accounts Team. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and will be supported to pursue an Accounting Technician qualification.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:  As a Trainee Accounts Assistant, your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile bank payments, VRT transactions, and vehicle invoices, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Cash Handling: Perform daily cash lodgements and manage credit card receipts, while generating debtor's reports.

Supplier Bonuses and Rebates: Manage supplier bonuses and rebates to guarantee the receipt of correct amounts.

Reporting and Analytics: Prepare various management reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to aid decision-making.

Inventory Control: Assist with parts and vehicle stock controls to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Invoice Processing: Process sundry invoices as needed to support financial operations.

Ad-Hoc Projects: Contribute to ad-hoc projects depending on seasonal or situational requirements.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

Strong Team Player: You must be highly organized, flexible, and work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues.

Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving abilities to address financial challenges.

IT Proficiency: Exhibit good IT skills and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy skills.

Advanced Excel and Keyloop Autoline: Experience with advanced Excel and Keyloop Autoline is an advantage.

Educational Qualification: While full training will be provided, pursuing an Accounting Technician or equivalent qualification is a plus for this role.
