Job Summary: We are in search of an ambitious, target-oriented, and people-focused individual to become a Trainee Business Manager at our modern showroom in Bishopstown. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about a career in financial services and sales within the automotive industry. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and will be expected to work toward obtaining a QFA qualification.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:  As a Trainee Business Manager, you will be trained to excel in the following areas:

• Sales: Take responsibility for selling Financial Services products, finance, and insurance products to all car purchasers while meeting mutually agreed targets.
• Prospecting: Assist the dealership in effectively prospecting for new business opportunities.
• Documentation: Accurately complete all relevant documentation in compliance with legal requirements and the requirements of financial service providers.
• Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of car sales and F & I (Finance and Insurance) performance, including the receipt of all payments due.
• Customer Settlement: Administer all customer settlement inquiries and establish relationships with other sources of finance to handle business that may not be acceptable to another provider.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with financial services and competitor products to protect the dealership from financial and legal exposure.
• Customer Service: Ensure that customer service standards are maintained and reflect manufacturer brand values.
• Professionalism: Act with honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all dealings and transactions with our customers.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

• This is a Trainee position. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training.
• Must be willing to work towards obtaining a QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) qualification.
