Job Summary: As a Parts Advisor you will work as part of the Aftersales team, to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To: As a parts advisor, you will excel in the following areas:

• Accurately record stock movements in dealer management system
• Match deliveries to purchase orders from suppliers and franchise partners
• Provide precise parts quotations to internal departments, retail, and trade customers
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
• Manage identification, invoicing, issuance, and receiving payment for consumables
• Conduct regular stock takes
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area according to Health and Safety policies
• Attend relevant training and internal meetings
• Assist in loading and unloading parts onto delivery vans
• Move parts to required locations and complete deliveries
• Support all aspects of parts administration
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across the franchise range

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

• You will need to have a full clean driving licence.
• Be fluent in English.
• Be able to work to high standards and be highly motivated to learn.
• Have a passion for cars.
• Be able to work well as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
• Experience of customer-facing role
