Your Role
This is a key leadership position, where you will work closely with our Dealer Principal to drive the operational and financial success of our multi-franchise Parts, Service, and Bodyshop departments while ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Support and guide the Aftersales team and department managers to achieve performance and customer service goals.
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the Aftersales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Customer Journey Management: Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Health & Safety: Implement and oversee safety policies, ensuring a secure environment for staff and customers.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of the Parts, Service, and Bodyshop departments, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Financial Performance: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability within the Aftersales department.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure full compliance with franchise and manufacturer standards, warranty processes, and company policies.
What We’re Looking For
Prior Experience: At least 3 years’ experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager in a Motor Dealership is a significant advantage.
Leadership: Strong Leadership and team development experience.
Customer Service Excellence: Proven experience in delivering exceptional service to front-line customers.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, written, and spoken English communication skills.
Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks, multitask, and manage time effectively, especially during peak periods.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CDK/ Keyloop is required.
Licenses: A valid B Driving Licence.
