We can provide alternative transport subject to prior booking and availability or will alternatively drop you to your preferred location within Cork City.
Johnson & Perrott ensures it delivers the highest standard aftersales service to our customers possible. Regular maintenance will maximise the performance, extend the life of your vehicle and validates, if applicable - the manufacturer's warranty.
Each service includes a thorough FREE 50 point Vehicle Health Check (VHC). Our Service Advisors will present to you with your vehicle’s VHC report and take time you talk you through this report so you have an indepth understanding of your vehicle's condition. Should there be an item which is deemed unsafe or needs urgent attention our Service Advisors will contact you, will explain the issue, provide you with the best option and price. The decision to repair additional items is totally up to YOU and we will NOT proceed with repairs until you have authorised us to do so. This ensures there are no nasty surprises or unexpected costs when you collect your vehicle.
