Job Summary: As a Bodyshop advisor you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of our Bodyshop department.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:  As a Bodyshop Advisor your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • General Administrative Tasks: Perform a variety of administrative duties to ensure smooth operation of the department.
  • Managing Live Job Cards: Maintain and update live job cards, ensuring accurate documentation of ongoing projects.
  • Processing Invoices: Handle the processing of invoices promptly and accurately, maintaining financial records with attention to detail.
  • Organizing Bookings: Coordinate bookings effectively, optimizing workflow and scheduling to meet deadlines.
  • Liaising with Fleet Companies: Act as a primary point of contact for fleet companies, providing updates on the progress of work and addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Liaising with Insurance Companies: Act as a primary point of contact for insurance companies, to gain authorisation for repairs
  • Customer Communication: Interact with customers over the phone, providing assistance, answering queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Issuing Estimates: Prepare and issue estimates to customers, ensuring transparency and clarity regarding costs and timelines.

 

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:​​​​​​​

  • You will need to have a full clean driving licence.
  • Previous experience within a service or bodyshop department is advantageous.
  • Be fluent in English.
  • Be able to work to high standards and be highly motivated to learn.
  • Have a passion for cars.
  • Be able to lead and work well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills
