Job Summary:  Are you organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking a proficient Bodyshop Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Bodyshop Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of our Bodyshop department.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:  Duties include but are not limited to:

  • General Administrative Tasks: Perform a variety of administrative duties to ensure smooth operation of the department.
  • Managing Live Job Cards: Maintain and update live job cards, ensuring accurate documentation of ongoing projects.
  • Processing Invoices: Handle the processing of invoices promptly and accurately, maintaining financial records with attention to detail.
  • Organizing Bookings: Coordinate bookings effectively, optimizing workflow and scheduling to meet deadlines.
  • Customer Communication: Interact with customers over the phone, providing assistance, answering queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Issuing Estimates: Prepare and issue estimates to customers, ensuring transparency and clarity regarding costs and timelines.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Admin Experience: Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Organizational skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
  • PC Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Accuracy: Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to work independently.
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of bodyshop operations and terminology is advantageous but not essential.
