Job Summary: We’re seeking a qualified Ford Motor Technician to join our Mahonpoint team. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, delivering top-quality service and repairs while helping our customers get back on the road safely.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:  As a Ford Motor Technician, your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles using the latest technology.
• Perform servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Maintain efficiency and productivity in the workshop.
• Complete accurate service documentation, including warranty compliance.
• Work closely with colleagues and the Parts department to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct vehicle health checks and communicate additional service needs.
• Maintain a safe, organised, and professional workshop.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician with experience in modern vehicle electronics.
• Desire to learn and develop professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Full clean driver’s license.
• Fluent English.
• Professional, motivated, and a team player.
• Ford franchise experience is advantageous but not essential.
