Job Summary

We at Johnson and Perrott Motor Group are looking for a Car Sales Executive to join our MotorStore team in Bishopstown. We are looking for a results-driven car salesperson with strong communication and customer service skills, focused on understanding customer needs and delivering the right vehicle solutions.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Build good relationships with customers, understand what they need, and offer the right solutions.
• Arrange test drives and clearly explain vehicle features and benefits.
• Guide customers through the full sales process, from first contact to completing the sale and finance.
• Negotiate prices, trade-ins, and terms while keeping both profit and customer satisfaction in mind.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure they are happy and encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets for vehicles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and business customers.
• Work with other departments to support fleet sales.
• Promote finance and insurance products to increase sales.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and follow company standards.
• Keep up to date with products, market trends, and competitors.
• Maintain accurate records and complete all paperwork correctly.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Experience in car sales with used cars being an advantage
• Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills
• Full clean driving licence
