With over 1,000 vehicles and state-of-the-art facilities in Ballycoolin, Dublin, along with a depot in Cork, we continue to grow and are now looking for a Driver to join our team.

Job Summary: Your main purpose will be to support the smooth operation of our fleet by delivering and exchanging vehicles with customers while providing a professional and customer-focused service at all times. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, interacting with customers, and being part of a fast-paced and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Deliver and exchange vans and HGVs at customer premises efficiently and professionally.
• Collect vehicles due for service, repair, or rental return.
• Carry out vehicle inspections during collection and delivery, noting any damage, fuel levels, or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean, roadworthy, fuelled, and prepared prior to delivery.
• Liaise with customers regarding delivery and collection times, ensuring excellent communication and minimal disruption to their operations.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Provide support with general fleet and logistical duties as required, including parts deliveries and vehicle movements.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service while representing the company.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Full clean Class B & C licence essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
• Reliable, flexible, and self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive “can-do” attitude with the ability to adapt in a busy working environment.
• Previous driving or logistics experience is desirable but not essential.
