Job Summary:  As part of our growing team at Johnson & Perrott Motor Group, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our Mahon dealership. This is your chance to work with leading automotive brands and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a high-performing sales environment.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by understanding and exceeding needs.
• Manage the full sales process, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.
• Promote and sell new and used vehicles, finance, and insurance products to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Provide expert advice on vehicle features, grants, and taxation.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve dealership goals and foster a positive team culture.

What we are looking for:

We’re looking for a seasoned sales professional who is motivated to excel and deliver results duties include but are not limited to:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in the motor industry.
• Knowledge of finance, insurance, and vehicle taxation is a plus.
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
• Professional presentation and attention to detail.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Full, clean driver’s license.
