Job Summary:

Your main purpose will be to promote and sell our extensive fleet of rental vehicles. You will actively engage with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing an exceptional rental experience.

Main Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Provide expert recommendations to customer based on their specific needs.
• Handle all customer enquiries promptly, efficiently, and in a helpful manner.
• Assist customers with rental cost and availability inquiries, make reservations, and explain our terms and conditions.
• Act as the primary point of contact during the commencement of the rental process. This includes completing paperwork, taking payment, showing customers to their vehicles, and ensuring a smooth handover process.
• Conduct the formal check-in process at the end of the rental, including completing all paperwork and finalizing charges.
• Manage all administration and inquiries related to rental vehicles, catering to both businesses and the general public.

Key Requirements:

• Enjoy meeting people and possess excellent communication skills, with a proven track record in a client-facing role.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Customer-focused with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong IT skills and excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy skills.
• Professional demeanour and high standard of personal presentation.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Self-driven and proactive attitude.
