 Job Summary: We are on the lookout for a high-calibre Electric Vehicle Technician that inspects, diagnoses, and repairs electric and hybrid vehicles.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:  

• Diagnose, service, and repair electric and hybrid vehicles in line with manufacturer and warranty standards.
• Safely work on high-voltage systems, including batteries, motors, and charging components.
• Carry out battery and drivetrain diagnostics, charging system repairs, and software updates.
• Perform routine servicing, preventative maintenance, and general vehicle inspections.
• Use manufacturer diagnostic tools and equipment to identify faults and complete repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and documentation.
• Follow all health, safety, and regulatory procedures, including high-voltage safety protocols.
• Commit to ongoing manufacturer training and development to stay current with EV technology.
• Deliver quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Qualified Technician: Fully qualified Motor Vehicle Technician with strong experience in diagnostics, electronics, and complex repairs.
• Problem Solver: Logical thinker with a methodical approach to fault finding.
• Tech-Focused: Passionate about staying up to date with evolving automotive technology, particularly hybrid and electric.
• Team Player: Flexible, organised, and able to work well with colleagues and customers.
• High Standards: Committed to exceptional quality, safety, and customer care.
• Driver’s License: Full clean driver’s license required.
• Communication: Fluent English.
