What should I expect when I collect my vehicle?

Your new car has arrived

When it’s time to collect your new vehicle, a member of the team will contact you to complete all of the relevant paperwork. We may also send you a personalised video to explain everything you need to know about the features and controls of your new car.

In order to maintain social distancing, only one customer will be allowed in the handover area at any one time; therefore, we advise that you collect your vehicle on your own.

Upon your arrival:

If you have a part-exchange, a Sales Executive will re-appraise your vehicle before directing you to a dedicated handover area. When you enter the handover area, please apply disinfectant gel at the hand sanitising station and follow the directional floor signs to help maintain a two-metre gap between you and the Sales Executive.

If there is any further paperwork that needs to be completed, you’ll be directed to one of our sanitised signing desks.

Taking home your new car

Ahead of your visit, your vehicle will have been fully valeted and sanitised and will have seat covers and a steering wheel cover fitted. These will be removed from the car just before you get into your vehicle and disposed of.

Throughout the handover, the Sales Executive will always remain outside of your vehicle and will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. Please feel free to contact us any time after you have collected your car, with any additional questions you may have, our team will be happy to help.

Your sanitised keys will be given to you in a sealed envelope and you’ll be free to drive away in your new car!
