Trainee Service Advisor Academy

At Johnson & Perrott we provide a Trainee Service Advisor Program within our Academy. As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will work as part of the aftersales team, to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers.

What do I learn as a Trainee Service Advisor?

During your training you will learn:

  • Best practice for optimal service experience including attitude, customer meet & greet.
  • To schedule and manage service bookings.
  • Comprehensive product knowledge of our vehicles and service offerings.
  • Best practice for maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Maintaining customer data on our CRM system.
  • Administration requirements for dealer standards.
  • To provide routine updates to customers and discuss options for additional works required.

How Long is the Trainee Service Advisor program?

The program length is determined by your progress through your training which results in the training varying from 12 to 24 months.

Training
In addition to on-the-job training from your mentor, you will undertake training with our franchise partners & external training programs.  At Johnson & Perrott, we are home to 9 leading car franchises: CUPRA, Jaguar, KIA, Land Rover, MG, Opel, Peugeot, SEAT and Volvo, including the Opel & Peugeot commercial franchises.

Progression

Individuals who have undertaken our training program have gone on to progress into other roles within our organization, from Service Advisors, Customer Service Team Leads.
