Job Summary:

We are now recruiting a Used Car Sales Manager for MotorStore Bishopstown, one of Cork’s leading used car destinations. As Used Car Sales Manager, you will lead the day-to-day used car sales operation, driving performance, profitability and an outstanding customer experience. This is a hands-on role, combining sales leadership with active involvement in vehicle sales.

You will work closely with the Dealer Principal to ensure stock is competitively priced, processes are compliant and every customer Drives Away Happy.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Lead and motivate the onsite sales team to exceed targets
• Actively sell vehicles and close deals
• Manage used car stock, pricing, margins and preparation standards
• Champion customer experience and handle escalated queries
• Ensure compliance with finance, trade in and consumer regulations
• Monitor leads, conversion rates and sales performance

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in used car sales management
• Strong leadership, commercial and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills
• Full clean driving licence
