MBAAI Event at Peugeot Mahonpoint

A fantastic evening at the recent Southern Chapter event of the MBA Association of Ireland (MBAAI), in association with Munster Technological University and hosted at Johnson & Perrott Ltd Peugeot in Cork. With over 30 attendees, the event brought together #MBA students, graduates, and members of the local business community for an engaging session on “Team Power for Managers – Enhancing clarity, rhythm and accountability to get work done.”

Our thanks to Tom O'Brien, Founder & CEO of Sprintmodo, for delivering a thought-provoking presentation that sparked great discussion on leadership, teamwork, and execution. We were delighted to welcome contributions on the evening from Michelle Gallagher MBA, President of the Association, along with Breda O'Dwyer and David O Hanlon representing Munster Technological University and the MTU MBA programme. A special thank you to our hosts Johnson & Perrott Ltd, one of Cork’s longest-established motor businesses, with a heritage dating back to 1810, and to Geoff Russell for welcoming everyone to the showroom.

We also appreciate the support of our event partners: Tadhg Long for the excellent hospitality, GM Media Solutions for capturing the evening on video, Peter, Piotr Pietrzak for photos and Coolgrey Creative Agency for design and print.

Events like this highlight the strength of the MBA community in the South of Ireland — bringing together academia, industry, and alumni to share ideas and experiences. Thank you to everyone who joined us. If you or your company would like to partner with us for events like this, please reach out to our Southern Chapter Director: Jerry P. Crowley.
