As we enter the next phase of our development, we are seeking an experienced and commercially astute leader to drive the business forward and contribute at Group Executive level. About the Role

As Managing Director, you will lead a high-performing team of more than 40 people and hold full responsibility for the commercial, operational, and financial performance of the division. The role requires a proven leader with deep experience in the motor and fleet management sectors, strong operational and financial acumen, and the ability to deliver sustainable growth in a competitive market.

This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to shape strategy, influence Group-level decision-making, and make a lasting impact on a growing business.
