Job Summary: Johnson and Perrott Motor Group is seeking dedicated individual to join our Aftersales team as a Driver & Service Valeter. Operating from Mahon Dealership, you'll work in a dynamic environment and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
As a Driver & Service Valeter, your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Collection & Delivery Scheduling: You will be responsible for collaborating with the service team to arrange collection and delivery of customer cars.
- Vehicle Detailing: You will be responsible for washing and valeting cars to the highest standards in accordance with our dealership's quality benchmarks.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with service team to inspect vehicles before customer handover, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
- Stock Management: Maintain a well-organized inventory of cleaning materials to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Vehicle Preparation: Prepare vehicles according to Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and dealership requirements to meet our customers' expectations.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

- Safety Standards: Experience in working to high standards of Health and Safety procedures.
- Driver's License: A full clean driver's license is required.

- Professionalism: Maintain a high standard of personal presentation.
